My marketing plan started with a unique selling proposition that addressed a key customer complaint. A plan is only as good as its execution. So, I re-named and re-packaged Drive Up! for FWB Software and then wrote all the copy for packaging, point-of-sale displays, coupons, incentives, shelf-talkers, website, direct mail and email.
